Dried hibiscus flowers are often combined with other herbs, spices or fruit juices to create fantastic taste fusions. They have a bright, cherry-red colour and tart flavour.
How to make hibiscus tea from dried flowers
1. Use 1 ½ teaspoons of hibiscus tea to 1 cup of water.
2. Boil the kettle and let it cool for thirty seconds before pouring over the dried hibiscus flowers.
3. Allow to brew for five minutes.
4. Pour the tea through a strainer into a mug and enjoy
